Frequently Asked Questions

Incontinence briefs or boxer briefs offer protection for light to heavy urine loss. This is because the crotch of the briefs contains a unique absorbent pad with 4 to 6 unique layers that keep you dry and leak-free. The first layer is the moisture-wicking layer, in the second and the third layer is a kind of microfiber in which the loss is retained and in the third and the fourth layer you will find a PUL layer through which no moisture can pass. The outer layer is made of hypoallergenic bamboo or soft cotton for your comfort. Those with sensitive skin will have no irritation with these briefs. When you wear incontinence briefs from Wohla, you don't need to use any additional protection anymore. Any questions? Mail to [email protected]

For first use, it is recommended to wash the panty twice for optimal absorption. Wash by hand in cold water or in the washing machine. Do not use detergent and air dry. You wear the briefs like any other "normal" underpants. Put them on under your regular clothes, pants, dress, doesn't matter. Depending on the degree of loss, you can wear them for up to 10 hours.

At Wohla you can purchase incontinence underwear for both men and women. After you choose your collection you will find a list of products. The title already tells at which degree of leakage the panty or boxer is suitable: very light, light, normal, strong, very strong, ultra strong, ... If you click on a picture you can read more details about the panty or boxer in the product description. Should you require additional information, you may always contact us at [email protected] or via the chat button on the website.

After your order, your package will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Typically, you can expect your package at home 1-2 business days after your order.

Before the first use, it is recommended to pre-wash the briefs or boxer shorts twice. This way you will increase the absorption.

After use, machine wash the briefs or boxer shorts at up to 40°C. To do this, use the detergent you usually use. However, avoid vinegar, fabric softener or bleach during washing, as these can harm the performance of the briefs. After washing, hang the briefs on a rack to dry. In the dryer is also possible, but not with hot air (use the setting for wool) When the briefs are dry you can put them right back on!

If you cannot wash the briefs in the washing machine right away, it is recommended to rinse them well under cold water. Rinsed out, you can set the briefs aside to wash in the washing machine later.

Are you on the move? Then you can hand wash the briefs with some detergent, no problem!

Incontinence is something you are not alone with. 1 in 4
women over the age of 30 deals with it. Over the age of 70, this figure even climbs to 2 in 4 women. Among men over 60, 30 percent also have to learn to deal with it. Incontinence underwear from Wohla supports you and allows you to carry on with your activities without fear of leaks. The panties offer protection for slight losses (exertion, sports, sneezing, coughing, laughing, etc.) as well as for heavier losses up to 200 ml. Read the descriptions carefully and make your choice. We have a team ready to help you with further questions: [email protected]

Contrary to popular belief, you are not soaked from your own loss when wearing incontinence briefs. The top layer in the crotch is breathable and dries very quickly. The airy fabric allows fluid to flow quickly through the inside of the briefs so that the surface feels dry. The fluid is thus directed away, collected and retained by the absorbent fabric underneath.

It is important to wash your briefs or boxer shorts twice before putting them on for the first time. In between the two washes, also allow your briefs to dry completely. This action will increase your absorbency and make you feel extra safe when wearing them for the first time. Compare it to a towel you buy, it will also absorb more moisture after it has been washed and dried. Good luck with it!

No way! You just put the briefs on. No need to put absorbent bandages or anything else inside your briefs. Just pre-wash 2 times on first use (with mild detergent at 30 degrees and air dry) and then just put them on. Your soft briefs made of bamboo or organic cotton will provide optimal protection. Please read carefully with each product description how many milliliters the briefs or boxer shorts can absorb.

In the product description of each slip, you can read how many milliliters the slip or boxer shorts can absorb. Of course you can always change when it is comfortable for you, but usually you can wear each pair of briefs - depending on the degree of loss - up to 10 hours. When using your briefs for the first time, it's best to try them out at home first so you know how far you can go.

The fabrics were selected based on their sanitary properties. Bamboo fiber is even a natural antibacterial agent. The briefs are also made of breathable organic fabrics and have an OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and are also completely PFAS-free. Even after 10 hours, the underwear remains hygienic and odorless. So they are not like other bandages that are 80% plastic and thus also carry bacteria and promote odors.

It's an investment at first, but unlike disposable pants or bandages, incontinence briefs are reusable for years. If you know that disposable bandages easily cost 1 euro a piece, then you already easily save 300 euros a year (assuming you use 1 incontinence slip a day and have purchased 3). Do the math on how much you'll save in a few years... Last but not least: you don't have any waste anymore so it's good for the environment.

After receiving your package, adjust the panties with protection. Incontinence briefs should fit well but still feel very comfortable. If it pinches too much, you can exchange the pants (albeit unused) for another size or model free of charge. For ecological reasons, there is no standard return form in your package. Contact us to create a return label via the chat on our website or via email at [email protected]. The return label will then be sent to you automatically. You can then bring your package into a POSTNL point.
